Responsible gambling

Gambling should be fun. When it stops being fun, stop. Set limits, take breaks, and never chase losses.

Need help?

If gambling is causing harm, stop and seek support. Gambling Therapy offers a global online service; local health or emergency services may also be appropriate.

Self-exclusion tools

  • Deposit limits. Set them from day one, not after a bad week.
  • Loss limits & session timers. Use them where available and keep gambling within a fixed budget you can afford to lose.
  • Self-exclusion. Use the operator or regulator tools available where you live, and seek support if you need help.
  • Reality checks. Regular reminders can help you notice time and spending, but they do not remove gambling risk.
